Questions & answers
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
How do I find the right payload for my trailer?+
The permitted payload is the gross vehicle weight minus the unladen weight, and is listed on every product page. Our range covers a wide spectrum — from compact trailers to heavy-duty tippers. If you have questions about the right choice, we're happy to advise you by phone.
Are the trailers protected against corrosion?+
Yes. Our chassis are galvanised, and many bodies are additionally made from aluminium or galvanised sheet steel. Details on the specific version can be found in each model's equipment list.
How do I secure my load correctly?+
Every trailer has lashing eyes or lashing rails for securing the load. Distribute the weight as evenly and low as possible, use lashing straps at the available points, and check the load again after the first few kilometres.
What warranty do I get on my trailer?+
We provide a 2-year warranty on frame and body from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects; wear parts and damage from improper use are excluded. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
